Hey, there! I'm Kaitie -
the gal behind kgc.

Not only am I a virtual assistant, but I'm also a wedding planner and founder of wedding resource website for my home state.

When I was bit by the entrepreneur bug, I quickly realized that I didn't want to be boxed-in to just one business outlet.

Nope! I had multiple creative outlets that I loved and the thought of choosing just one made me sick to my stomach.

A multi-passionate doer

However, if you're a multi-passionate doer, like me, you may have learned that boundaries within your business and personal life are oh so crucial.

I hate to admit that I didn't learn this for myself until I hit my breaking point and almost completely shut down my businesses to return to a traditional 9-5.

but i learned there has to be balance.

If we were to meet in person, I'd definitely suggest one of the local coffee shops in my town. And by the end of our coffee chat, I'd definitely consider you a friend. But since we are more than likely both living in different states, I'll settle for a Zoom coffee date.

I would love to chat with you about your business and learn all the things that you are needing help with within your business.

So, are you up for a Coffee date?

I understand the fears. I understand wanting to be able to find a trusted right-hand person who can free up your schedule so you can get back to doing what you love within your business - serving your clients.

I take pride in serving my clients above their expectations because, I know, that's what I would want for my businesses, too.

This is why i love being a virtual assistant for like-minded small business owners.

I've been in your shoes of feeling overwhelmed by not having enough time to serve clients wholeheartedly. I put the hustle above the heart of my businesses and that's when the walls started to tumble.

And while the walls didn't tumble overnight, there were red flag cracks in the walls that I wish I had paid more attention to. If I had, I wouldn't have ever hit my breaking point.

There were these fears I had that kept me outsourcing aspects of my business. I knew if I could put aside my logistical Type A personality and trust and train someone to outsource tasks to, I would free up the time I needed to feel the heartbeat of my businesses again.

I'm married to my high-school sweetheart, Ryan, and we're convinced we have the two cutest kiddos in the world - Lincoln and Darcy.

We reside in Central Arkansas where we share our little country home with our two dogs (Alice and Levi) and our cat (Jethro).

When I'm not behind the computer screen, you'll most likely find me hanging out with my family. I love getting crafty with my momma and browsing the aisles of Home Goods and Hobby Lobby.

The most perfect day to me is spending time around a bonfire roasting s'mores or around the kitchen table playing games with family friends.

I'm a lover of stormy days (especially when I can stay in my pj's and be with family), a reality tv show junkie, and am always up for a good cup of coffee. Or, you know, a good mango margarita - frozen, please!
